Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient care across departments to ensure seamless service delivery
- Manage urgent care triage protocols for high-acuity cases
- Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with physicians
- Train staff on emergency response procedures and compliance standards

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or Healthcare Administration (required)
- Current Missouri nursing license (RN) or comparable healthcare certification
- 3+ years acute care or urgent care experience preferred
- Certified Emergency Nurse (CEN) or similar specialty credential a plus
- Advanced proficiency in Epic EHR systems
- Demonstrated crisis management and conflict resolution skills
- Strong knowledge of HIPAA and CMS compliance regulations
- Excellent written communication and documentation abilities
