Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care including mobility assistance, vital sign monitoring, and personal hygiene support
- Administer medications and treatments under clinical supervision
- Document patient observations and care activities accurately
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure continuity of care
- Maintain clean, safe environments following OSHA protocols

Qualifications
- Current Virginia CNA certification or equivalent healthcare credential
