Responsibilities
- Lead weekend retail operations with exceptional customer service standards
- Manage 8-12 person teams during peak weekend hours
- Execute inventory management and visual merchandising plans
- Resolve customer escalations with professionalism and empathy
- Train and mentor new weekend team members
- Ensure strict compliance with safety protocols
- Generate real-time sales performance reports
Qualifications
- 3+ years supervisory experience in retail/hospitality
- Weekend availability mandatory (Fri-Sun)
- Strong conflict resolution and leadership abilities
- Basic POS system proficiency (Square/Retail Pro)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift 30lbs and stand for extended periods
- Valid California driver's license preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a significant plus
