Responsibilities
- Manage 8-12 weekend shift staff, ensuring exceptional customer service and operational efficiency
- Oversee inventory management, merchandising, and store presentation standards
- Handle customer escalations and resolve operational issues with professionalism
- Conduct thorough shift handovers and maintain accurate documentation
- Train and mentor new team members on company protocols and safety procedures
- Monitor sales targets and implement strategies to achieve weekend performance goals

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in retail or customer service
- Proven ability to manage teams during high-traffic periods (weekends/holidays)

- Flexibility to work exclusively weekends (Saturday/Sunday) with occasional holidays
- Proficient in inventory management systems and POS software
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
