Responsibilities
- Oversee daily weekend retail operations and team performance
- Train and mentor new staff on product knowledge and sales techniques
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards across all departments
- Manage inventory and stock replenishment during weekend shifts
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalations promptly
- Implement visual merchandising directives
- Prepare end-of-day sales reports and operational summaries
- Collaborate with weekday supervisors for seamless handovers
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years retail supervision experience
- Proven track record in weekend/holiday rush management
- Strong conflict resolution and interpersonal skills
- Available to work Saturdays and Sundays (8 AM - 6 PM)
- Basic POS system proficiency
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) highly desirable
