Responsibilities
- Oversee weekend shift operations ensuring workflow efficiency
- Train and mentor 5-8 team members on safety protocols
- Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies
- Resolve operational issues with minimal disruption
- Conduct shift handovers and document daily performance
- Enforce OSHA compliance and safety standards

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in logistics/warehousing
- OSHA 30 certification preferred (training provided if needed)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Proficient in inventory management software
- Weekend availability mandatory (no exceptions)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs occasionally
