Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor 8-10 weekend retail associates to achieve sales targets
- Execute inventory management procedures and loss prevention protocols
- Resolve customer escalations with professionalism and solution-oriented mindset
- Coordinate daily operations including opening/closing procedures
- Analyze weekend sales data and implement performance improvement strategies
- Ensure strict adherence to safety and compliance standards
- Conduct team huddles to align on daily priorities and goals
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years retail or supervisory experience required
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution abilities
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (8 AM - 8 PM)
- Proficient in inventory management systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in high-volume environments
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
