Responsibilities
- Coordinate weekend warehouse operations including inventory management, order fulfillment, and team scheduling
- Supervise and mentor 8-12 weekend staff members, ensuring productivity and safety standards
- Resolve operational challenges and implement process improvements during peak weekend hours
- Conduct quality control checks and report performance metrics to weekday management
- Manage equipment maintenance and facility security during weekend shifts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless weekend-to-weekday transitions
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in logistics, warehousing, or retail operations
- Proven ability to lead teams during high-pressure periods and peak hours
- Strong problem-solving skills with experience in inventory control systems
- Flexibility to work Saturdays and Sundays (6 AM - 6 PM) with weekday availability for handovers
- Forklift certification and OSHA safety training preferred
- Proficient in warehouse management software (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Valid Arizona driver's license with clean driving record
