Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of shift work experience
- Ability to work flexible weekend schedule (Sat-Sun)
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- OSHA certification or willingness to obtain
- Valid Illinois driver's license (if required for role)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
