Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service during weekend peak hours (Sat-Sun 6AM-10PM)
- Manage inventory, pricing, and merchandising according to company standardsProcess transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling protocols
- Train and mentor new associates on weekend operations procedures
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalations with professionalism
- Collaborate with overnight shift teams for seamless store transitions
- Participate in quarterly inventory audits and loss prevention measures
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years retail or customer service experience required
- Availability to work all weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday 6AM-10PM)
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic inventory management software
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for multi-location assignments
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Previous experience with cash handling and loss prevention preferred
- Must pass background check and drug screening
