Responsibilities
- Manage inventory and stock rotation in a temperature-controlled warehouse
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklift, pallet jack) safely
- Pick, pack, and ship orders with 99.5% accuracy
- Maintain clean, organized work areas following OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production goals
- Conduct quality control inspections on incoming/outgoing products
- Assist with loading/unloading trucks using proper techniques
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Forklift certification or ability to obtain within first week
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and inventory software familiarity
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Availability for flexible shifts (including weekends) as needed
