Responsibilities
- Oversee daily nursing operations and staff performance
- Develop and implement patient care protocols
- Coordinate interdisciplinary team collaboration
- Ensure compliance with JCAHO and state regulations
- Conduct staff evaluations and mentorship programs
- Manage departmental budget and resource allocation
Qualifications
- Active AZ RN license (required)
- BSN or Master's in Nursing (preferred)
- 3+ years clinical nursing experience
- 1+ years leadership/supervisory experience
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
- Strong knowledge of EMR systems
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
