Responsibilities
- Provide specialized cardiac care to post-op and critical patients
- Administer medications and monitor vital signs using advanced telemetry systems
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for complex treatment plans
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and documentation
- Train and mentor new nursing staff during onboarding
- Participate in rapid response codes and emergency interventions
Qualifications
- Active NV RN license with BLS and ACLS certifications
- Minimum 2 years acute care experience in cardiac telemetry
- BSN degree required (MSN preferred)
- Proven experience with EP monitoring equipment
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts including nights/weekends
- Strong critical thinking and crisis management skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
