Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in accordance with medical protocols and standards
- Assess patient needs, develop treatment plans, and monitor progress
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain detailed electronic health records and documentation
- Educate patients and families on health management and preventive care

Qualifications
- Current, unrestricted Florida RN license required
- BSN degree preferred (ADN accepted with experience)
- 2+ years of clinical nursing experience in acute care setting
- BLS and ACLS certifications (or obtainable within 30 days)
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environment
