Responsibilities
- Deliver patient-centered care in fast-paced emergency and critical care units
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans
- Administer medications and treatments with precision and compassion
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and documentation
- Mentor new nursing staff and participate in continuous quality improvement
- Respond effectively to medical emergencies and code situations
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Florida (or compact state)
- BSN degree required; MSN preferred
- 2+ years acute care experience in ER or ICU
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
- Strong communication skills and cultural competency
- Ability to work rotating shifts including nights/weekends
- Spanish language proficiency a plus
