Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient support under RN supervision including vital sign monitoring and mobility assistance
- Assist with daily living activities and maintain patient hygiene standards
- Accurately document patient observations and care delivery in electronic health records
- Collaborate with clinical team to ensure seamless patient care transitions
- Maintain clean, organized patient environments and medical equipment
- Respond promptly to patient call systems and emergency protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (CNA certification preferred but not required)
- Minimum 6 months healthcare or direct patient care experience
- Current CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
