Responsibilities
- Oversee 10-15 night shift warehouse associates during peak hours
- Ensure efficient inventory management and order fulfillment accuracy
- Implement safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Optimize workflow using WMS systems (Oracle/JDA experience preferred)
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and maintenance scheduling
- Train new hires on SOPs and warehouse operations
- Generate performance reports and KPI tracking
- Collaborate with day shift teams for seamless transition
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse/supervisory experience
- Forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Proficiency in inventory management software
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for 8+ hours
- Flexible availability for 10 PM - 6 AM shifts
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Background check and drug screen required
