Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor night shift warehouse associates, ensuring daily productivity targets are met
- Implement and maintain OSHA safety protocols for all warehouse operations
- Manage inventory control systems including cycle counts and WMS reconciliation
- Coordinate with day shift teams for seamless operational handovers
- Optimize warehouse layout and processes for maximum efficiency
- Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
- Resolve operational issues and escalate complex challenges to management
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in logistics/distribution
- Proven track record managing teams of 10+ associates
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency with WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Available for consistent night shift schedule (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Forklift certification (PIT) required
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's preferred
