Responsibilities
- Oversee 15+ night shift team members during 10PM-6AM operations
- Optimize workflow efficiency using WMS systems and real-time analytics
- Enforce OSHA compliance and safety protocols in high-volume warehouse
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for seamless dock-to-stock processes
- Conduct performance reviews and implement corrective actions
- Manage inventory reconciliation and cycle count accuracy
- Respond to urgent operational escalations during off-hours
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in 24/7 operations
- OSHA 30-hour certification and forklift operator credentials
- Advanced proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Manhattan, Oracle)
- Proven ability to lead teams during peak demand periods
- Strong problem-solving skills for overnight operational challenges
- Flexible availability for rotating weekend shifts
- Valid driver's license and clean MVR record
