Responsibilities
- Oversee 15+ person crew during overnight operations (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Optimize inventory management and order fulfillment processes
- Enforce OSHA compliance and safety protocols across all shifts
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for seamless dock-to-stock workflows
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives for operational efficiency
- Manage real-time problem resolution for logistics exceptions
- Conduct pre-shift safety briefings and performance evaluations
- Maintain accurate documentation of KPIs and incident reports
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in 3PL environment
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Proficiency in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or Manhattan Active)
- Strong conflict resolution and team leadership skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in climate-controlled warehouse
- Valid Florida driver's license with clean record
- Experience with AS/RS and automated conveyor systems
- Flexibility to work weekends during peak seasons
