Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick and pack orders for shipment with 99% accuracy
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and effectively
- Perform inventory counts and report discrepancies immediately
- Maintain clean and organized work areas per OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet nightly targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Train new associates on warehouse systems and processes
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience required
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout shift
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable transportation for consistent night shift attendance
