Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, pack, and ship products according to quality standards
- Operate warehouse machinery (forklifts, pallet jacks) with proper safety protocols
- Maintain accurate inventory counts using digital tracking systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Ensure workspace cleanliness and compliance with OSHA regulations
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards promptly
- Support loading/unloading of trucks during shift hours
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Flexibility to work 11 PM - 7 AM schedule (4x10 shifts)
- Basic computer literacy for inventory software
- Pass pre-employment background and drug screen
- Team player with strong communication skills
