Responsibilities
- Oversee nightly warehouse operations including inventory management and order fulfillment
- Lead and motivate 8-12 person crew during 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM shifts
- Ensure strict compliance with OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Coordinate with day shift managers for seamless operational transitions
- Address immediate operational challenges and implement corrective actions
- Conduct pre-shift briefings and post-shift performance evaluations
- Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, inventory counts, and productivity metrics
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years warehouse/supervisory experience in fast-paced environments
- Proven ability to manage teams during overnight hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training required
- Advanced proficiency in inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to make quick decisions
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating across shifts
- Valid Arizona driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and stand for extended periods
