Responsibilities
- Oversee all night shift operations, ensuring timely completion of warehouse and distribution tasks
- Manage team of 10-15 hourly staff, providing guidance and performance feedback
- Implement safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance standards
- Coordinate with day shift supervisors for seamless operational handovers
- Resolve urgent operational issues and escalate critical problems as needed
- Conduct pre-shift briefings and post-shift performance reviews
- Monitor inventory systems and report discrepancies immediately
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years supervisory experience in logistics or manufacturing
- Proven ability to manage teams in high-pressure environments
- Strong knowledge of warehouse safety protocols and OSHA regulations
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Flexibility to work 11 PM - 7 AM schedule with weekend availability
- Valid forklift certification required
- Proficient in WMS inventory management systems
