Responsibilities
- Oversee 15+ night shift employees, ensuring operational efficiency and safety compliance
- Coordinate warehouse activities including inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping
- Implement and enforce company policies while maintaining OSHA standards
- Resolve operational issues promptly to minimize downtime and maintain productivity
- Conduct shift briefings and performance evaluations for team members
- Collaborate with day shift supervisors for seamless transition of operations
- Monitor equipment functionality and coordinate maintenance schedules
- Generate daily performance reports for senior management
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years supervisory experience in logistics or manufacturing
- Proven track record in night shift operations leadership
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to work independently and make decisive judgments during off-hours
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
