Responsibilities
- Oversee 15-20 person night shift operations including inventory management and workflow optimization
- Enforce safety protocols and OSHA compliance during all shift activities
- Coordinate with day shift teams for seamless operational handoffs
- Train and mentor new hires on equipment operation and company procedures
- Generate daily performance reports and address operational bottlenecks
- Manage inventory accuracy and warehouse organization standards
- Resolve employee conflicts and maintain team morale during overnight hours
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse/supervisory experience in overnight operations
- OSHA certification or willingness to obtain immediately
- Proficient in inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license (for facility travel)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand/walk 8+ hours per shift
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
