Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate 10-15 person night shift team for optimal workflow
- Monitor inventory accuracy and implement efficient replenishment strategies
- Enforce strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Resolve operational bottlenecks and escalate critical issues to management
- Conduct shift handovers with clear documentation of performance metrics
- Train new hires on equipment operation and company procedures
- Collaborate with day shift teams for seamless operational continuity
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse/supervisory experience required
- Proven ability to lead teams in high-pressure environments
- Strong knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and logistics best practices
- Proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Valid Arizona driver's license and clean driving record
- Availability to work flexible night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
