Responsibilities
- Oversee 15-20 night shift team members to ensure operational excellence
- Monitor production metrics and implement process improvements
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve urgent operational issues
- Conduct daily safety audits and maintain OSHA compliance
- Train and mentor new hires on night shift protocols
- Prepare shift reports and communicate with day-shift leadership
- Manage inventory and equipment maintenance schedules
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of night shift supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge of OSHA safety regulations
- Proven ability to lead high-performing teams in 24/7 environments
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Proficient in inventory management systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
