Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate all nightly warehouse operations including inventory management and order fulfillment
- Lead and mentor a team of 15+ night shift staff, ensuring productivity and safety standards
- Implement process improvements to optimize efficiency and reduce operational costs
- Handle urgent escalations and resolve operational issues during overnight shifts
- Conduct daily safety audits and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations
- Generate and analyze nightly performance reports for leadership review
- Collaborate with day shift teams for seamless handover processes
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years experience in warehouse/supervisory roles with night shift exposure
- Proven track record of team leadership and performance management
- Forklift certification and OSHA safety training required
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in WMS and inventory systems
- Excellent problem-solving abilities under pressure
- Valid Colorado driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management or related field preferred
