Responsibilities
- Oversee nightly warehouse operations including inventory management and order fulfillment
- Train and mentor new night shift team members on safety protocols and equipment usage
- Coordinate with day shift supervisors for seamless operational transitions
- Conduct quality checks and resolve discrepancies in real-time
- Ensure strict adherence to OSHA and company safety standards
- Prepare daily shift reports and productivity metrics
- Manage equipment maintenance schedules and troubleshoot minor issues
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in warehouse/logistics
- Valid forklift certification and equipment operation experience
- Strong problem-solving abilities under pressure
- Excellent communication skills for cross-shift coordination
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours
- Basic knowledge of inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Flexible schedule including weekends/holidays as needed
