Responsibilities
- Perform patient intake and vitals assessment
- Assist physicians with clinical procedures
- Administer medications and injections
- Maintain accurate EHR documentation
- Prepare exam rooms and sterilize equipment
- Provide patient education on treatment plans
- Coordinate with lab and pharmacy services
Qualifications
- Active MA certification (CMA/RMA)
- Minimum 1 year urgent care experience
- BLS/CPR certification required
- Proficiency in EHR systems (Epic preferred)
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts
- Pass background check and drug screen
