Responsibilities
- Perform patient intake, vitals, and EHR documentation
- Assist providers with clinical procedures and examinations
- Administer injections and medications per protocols
- Prepare exam rooms and sterilize equipment
- Coordinate patient flow and appointment scheduling
- Process lab specimens and point-of-care testing
- Provide patient education on treatment plans
Qualifications
- Active MA certification (CMA/RMA/NCMA)
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience
- Proficiency in EHR systems (Epic preferred)
- Phlebotomy certification required
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to work in high-volume setting
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Pass background check/drug screen
