Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for hardware, software, and network systems
- Deploy, configure, and manage cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure)
- Resolve complex IT incidents and implement preventive solutions
- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system integrations
- Monitor system performance and optimize security protocols
- Mentor junior technicians and provide training on emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience in enterprise environments
- Expertise in Windows Server administration and Active Directory
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification required
- Strong proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation
- Proven experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
