- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for hardware, software, and network systems

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement IT infrastructure projects
- Conduct regular system audits and performance optimization
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience in enterprise environments
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification required
- Expertise in Windows Server administration and Active Directory
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and SaaS applications
- Certification in ITIL or IT service management preferred
