Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for 150+ employees
- Manage Windows/macOS deployments and troubleshooting
- Administer cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, O365)
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and best practices
- Document IT processes and maintain knowledge base
- Lead hardware/software lifecycle management
- Collaborate with vendors for service delivery
- Support 24/7 on-call rotation (rotational basis)
Qualifications
- 3+ years enterprise IT support experience
- Expert-level Windows Server administration
- Strong networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- AWS/Azure certification or equivalent experience
- Experience with ServiceNow or ITSM tools
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in high-pressure situations
