Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues across 150+ workstations
- Manage Active Directory, VPN configurations, and cloud services
- Implement cybersecurity best practices including endpoint protection
- Train staff on new technologies and digital tools
- Document IT procedures and maintain system documentation
- Collaborate with vendors for equipment procurement and maintenance
- Support office AV systems and video conferencing setups
Qualifications
- 3+ years of IT support experience in enterprise environments
- CompTIA A+/Network+ or equivalent certifications required
- Proficiency in Windows 10/11, macOS, and Microsoft 365
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow preferred)
- Strong troubleshooting skills with network infrastructure
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to lift 30lbs and work flexible hours including weekends
