Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for hardware, software, and network infrastructure
- Deploy and configure Windows/macOS systems across enterprise environments
- Manage Active Directory, Azure AD, and cloud-based SaaS applications
- Troubleshoot complex network issues using Wireshark and diagnostic tools
- Document IT procedures and maintain knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during system migrations
- Monitor system performance and implement security best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years of enterprise IT support experience
- Expert knowledge of Windows 10/11 and macOS administration
- Certification in CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft 365
- Hands-on experience with Azure AD and cloud services
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to work under pressure
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Valid driver's license for occasional on-site visits
