- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and handle cash transactions with precision.
- Restock shelves, organize displays, and ensure the sales floor is clean and well-merchandised.
- Monitor inventory levels and alert management when stock is running low.
- Process returns and exchanges efficiently while adhering to company policies.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and resolving issues on the spot.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous retail experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
