What You'll Do:
- Manage and track incoming and outgoing shipments efficiently.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff and transportation providers to ensure timely delivery.
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and address customer inquiries promptly.
- Maintain accurate records in our logistics management software.
- Assist in optimizing delivery routes and schedules.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.
