Responsibilities
- Operate Machinery: Safely and efficiently operate warehouse machinery, forklifts, and pallet jacks to move materials and products.
- Inventory Management: Assist in receiving, inspecting, and storing incoming shipments to maintain accurate inventory levels.
- Quality Control: Perform routine quality checks on products to ensure they meet company standards before packaging or shipping.
- Packaging & Labeling: Accurately package, label, and prepare items for shipment according to strict guidelines.
- Maintain Safety: Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a hazard-free working environment.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively within a team structure to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or general labor is preferred but not mandatory.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time hours, including weekends or overtime as needed.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
