Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support via phone, chat, and email.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues efficiently.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all support tickets.
- Escalate complex issues to senior engineers while keeping customers informed.
- Collaborate with the onsite team to improve workflow processes.
- Adhere to all company policies and security protocols.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 1+ years of experience in IT Support or Customer Service.
- Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Mandatory requirement: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Excellent verbal communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
