Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment to meet daily production targets and KPIs.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and handheld scanners, with strict adherence to safety protocols.
- Load and unload trucks accurately, ensuring cargo security and damage control during transit.
- Perform regular inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies in the warehouse management system.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with the team to resolve logistical challenges and improve workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; prior warehouse experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to work rotating weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs frequently throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new warehouse software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Valid driver's license (preferred).
