Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls and emails regarding products and services.
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with patience and a focus on problem resolution.
- Update customer account information and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the team to meet weekend service level agreements (SLAs).
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate supervisor or department when necessary.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous customer service experience is a strong plus.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
