Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport materials safely and efficiently using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Inspect goods for damage, defects, and accuracy against packing lists.
- Organize and maintain the warehouse floor to ensure a safe working environment.
- Operate scanning equipment to update inventory systems in real-time.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and safety targets.
- Perform routine equipment maintenance and cleaning tasks.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required for the right candidate.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for inventory counting.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Must possess a valid driver's license (Class B CDL preferred).
