Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and according to all safety protocols.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock levels within the warehouse.
- Unload and organize incoming freight shipments promptly to keep operations running smoothly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and resolve operational issues.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in data entry and inventory.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime when needed.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
