Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products by hand or using industrial equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Verify and record incoming and outgoing shipments accurately to maintain inventory integrity.
- Pack and prepare products for shipment, ensuring all safety and quality standards are met.
- Keep the warehouse organized, clean, and safe by following all OSHA regulations and company protocols.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily production targets.
- Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory management as required.
- Operate scanning devices and warehouse management systems to track stock levels.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is preferred but not strictly required.
- Previous warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing experience is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Flexibility to work overtime and rotating shifts as needed.
