Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport materials to and from designated storage areas, production lines, and loading docks.
- Operate heavy industrial equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, to ensure efficient workflow.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records using our management systems.
- Ensure the warehouse environment remains organized, clean, and fully compliant with all safety regulations.
- Pack, label, and prepare shipments for delivery with strict attention to detail and damage prevention.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to meet daily throughput targets and deadlines.
- Assist in the receiving and processing of incoming stock and supplies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidates.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills and strong attention to detail for inventory management.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
- Must be available for flexible shifts, including overtime and weekends as needed.
- Forklift certification is an asset but training will be provided upon hiring.
