Responsibilities
- Execute daily picking, packing, and shipping operations efficiently and accurately.
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment (MHE) in compliance with safety protocols.
- Inspect products for damage and ensure proper labeling and packaging.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals and quotas.
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment as required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing is preferred.
- Ability to operate forklifts (CDL or forklift certification is a plus).
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Must be available for full-time, day-shift schedules.
