Responsibilities
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment to prevent shortages.
- Manage the scheduling and tracking of inbound and outbound shipments.
- Communicate effectively with vendors and internal departments regarding delivery timelines.
- Ensure all shipping documentation is accurate and compliant with safety regulations.
- Identify process improvements to increase efficiency in the supply chain workflow.
- Perform daily cycle counts and assist in annual physical inventories.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Logistics or Business preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or manufacturing operations.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods in a warehouse setting.
- Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.
