Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable software solutions using modern technologies.Lead code reviews and mentor junior developers to ensure adherence to best practices.Collaborate closely with product managers and UX designers to define technical requirements and user stories.Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, ensuring a seamless user experience.Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.Troubleshoot and debug complex technical issues in a live production environment.Contribute to the architecture and design of new features and improvements.
Qualifications
BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.5+ years of professional experience in full stack web development.Proficiency in JavaScript (React, Vue, or Angular) and server-side technologies (Node.js, Python, or Java).Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, SQL databases, and NoSQL solutions.Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.Strong verbal and written communication skills.
